The kids wrote down answers for a dad survey to give to their dad on Father's Day.
One of the questions was; "I think daddy is funny when he ___"
Brady's response was, "No, daddy doesn't do anything funny. I'm funny!"

Holiday! Celebrate!
Our family spent a few days in Santa Claus, IN, the place where it is ALWAYS Christmas. Our cute little cottage that we stayed at was decorated in Christmas decor, and Christmas music was playing in the background at Holiday World. We really love that park. It's clean, very family friendly, and they serve unlimited FREE DRINKS! Ok, actually the coolest part is their nationally recognized, award winning coasters and rides. :)

(Brady and Wesley didn't actually ride this coaster, but couldn't be left out of the picture. )
We were pretty impressed with the kids' sense of adventure. Bethanie hit every coaster, Sadie ended up doing the coaster with the biggest drop, and even Brady came with us on the water coasters. Fun stuff!

Another Year Has Come And Gone
Bethanie, Sadie, and Brady just finished off another year of school. The 2012-2013 school year was as fantastic as the others so far. My three kids had wonderful teachers.
Once again, Sadie came home on the last day of schooling sobbing and saying she just didn't think she could love another teacher as much as her teacher this year. I had to remind her that she came home crying and saying the same thing last year and the year before that.
Brady invited his two pre school teachers over for dinner at our house and asked them to come to church with him. We already had one over for dinner this evening!
This next fall will begin a big year for our family. Brady starts kindergarten, Sadie will be in third grade, and Bethanie moves to a new school, the intermediate school.
Until then, we are very excited to enjoy summer together.
