A day that was created for the sole purpose of forcing Sadie to wear an article of clothing that she does not wish to wear.
Does Sadie like green? Sure! Will she wear green tomorrow? Great! As long as nobody tells her that she has to.
I did tell her that she could choose not to and suffer the Patty's Day consequences. That vexed her even more.
